Last Day in Cayman

Well, what an adventure we've had this week in Cayman. Yesterday's catamaran trip out to Rum Point was definitely a highlight. After our big swim with the sting rays (some even kissed the rays for 7 years good luck - Harry Thorn kissed her twice for 14 years he reckons), we enjoyed a relaxing lunch and were joined my a number of our new friends from the Stingray Swim Club, as well as Olympians Neil Walker and Ian Crocker. After a great training session this morning in the Lions Pool... we're headed to the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch... Then tonight will be our chance to see the Cayman sun set for this year and say a big thank you on our last night with our host families before we leave for Florida early tomorrow morning... it has gone so fast and we've been made so welcome. We don't want to leave!
